Your story has me afraid to sell my current truck until I know for sure the new one is in hand! Sorry for your luck but Congrats on your 2nd Retirement. I had my 2nd retirement last year and loving every minute of every day since.

So sorry my friend. There were major railcar delays and then this happened. We're trying to monitor but there are no automated updates/alerts - so we have to take it case by case when y'all call in or email me and see what the status is. Always happy to check, not always thrilled with the results. As I've said about 10x in the past 10 days, we love the trucks, we love the customers, we love working at MD - it's the gaps between that drive us nuts and you too I know!

It is not y’all, I know that for sure! I try not to call and pester you, and haven’t since my truck was stuck in Port Allen last year. Aaron has always bent over backwards to help, and as always, this year has been not different. He immediately remembered me from last years “totaled” fiasco, and helped me with every question I had. I have nothing to say but huge accolades for Mark Dodge, and will tell anyone who will listen what a great experience it has been - from Renae doing all of the leg work to get my second truck ordered, to Aaron helping whenever he could, to Reggie in finance…it has always been the best buying experience I have EVER had! It’s a hard time with my retirement and moving in to my 5th wheel, but so are so many other problems on this forum. Thanks again for everything y’all do !!!
That is a horrible situation. Hopefully it is repairable. Not sure I would take delivery if there was hail damage. Maybe they have decided to build another for replacement.
Hello Mr @brv10 i had you check status on my truck a lil while back and at time I believe it was searching for correct rail car to be loaded on and I’ve been kzm for lil while now and my Est del was may 10 which changed to tbd a while back as well my question is there any way you can see where it may be now ? Going on trip where there is no signal for few days just wondering how close I may or may not be but if you can the VON is 58235606 and last 8 are PG575765 Ty

I think we all would like to receive a message like that from our dealer or anyone.
I had to send ram a where’s my truck email to get that response. When I asked my dealer for a status update, they sent me the link to the ram tracker.
I have been following on tracker. Dealer provides limited info. I know I’m built not yet shipped.
Does it really take 33 days to ship and deliver? My original delivery date was Apr 15. I'm TBD and my dealer estimates mid-May delivery. That seems hard to believe
It shouldn't. Mine moved quickly, but then was delayed from transit for whatever reason. Should only take 2 weeks or so from KZ completed and released, to get to you in ideal conditions based on other orders. Mine went from order to complete in less than a month.
That's enough to give me hope
Yea, i think the delay was caused by the rail issues in mexico from the plant that was resolved just a few weeks ago. Lets hope.
Unfortunately my truck did not dodge the hail. Received a call from the dealership explaining my truck is on hold due to hail damage found last night. Not great news, but I am happy that MD reached out quickly and let me know about the problem. Sounds like the damage to my truck is repairable vs. total loss, back in line at the assembly plant.
