They’ll first try to fix it in train but if it’s too much work it would get set out for maintenance which sounds like what happened. If there’s a bright side it’s that they don’t like having bad orders sit around for too long so it will be fixed as quickly as they are able to but yeah it could be days or weeks.

It’s been a week already I believe it got there the 7th

I carry my Faraday in my back pocket and drop the key in it when it's not needed, there is a company making coded kill switches, their key needs to be installed for it to work.
 
After languishing in C status for nearly six months, I received a message stating my 3500 had been scheduled to be built. I guess Saltillo received the needed 10 orders of the same color to proceed. Happy to see this, as I feared it may be the end of the model year before there was any activity.
 
Does anyone have the phone number and directions to track BNSF cars? I saw a pic earlier in the thread but I didn’t see that company

The last truck I ordered was a 21 in July of 21. It changed to a 22 and was received in December lol.
 
7 more days passed since last MD update so I emailed them. They said they have lots of vehicles waiting to get to them from Port Allen and the yard is trying to get through them all. My guess is railyard employee shortage and/or trucker shortage. So close yet so far. :)

I feel your pain. Another member on here and I were on the same railcar. His was delivered to Koons on Friday, mine still sits in Baltimore.
 
Got back from vacation and picked up my 3500 from the dealer today! RAM tracker still shows TBD for delivery date lol. Happy that the wait is over!

Congratulations, that is very nice ride and love the color , glad to see everyone starting to get their trucks !
 
My '23 order moved from confirmed to scheduled on 4/13. Took 23 days to move into scheduled so a bit quicker then expected.
