2022 sunroof

Can anyone confirm if the rear sunroof seal should be flush, or protruding like mine is?

Ive heard horror stories of leaking sunroofs, so I’m a bit concerned...

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the sunroof travel? It comes down to where it should be, then pops back up that little bit. Probably just needs an adjustment down

Mine is like that, has been from day 1, no leaks thus far... Knocking on wood currently.

After looking at mine more closely after my post yesterday, i can see that it barely seals. And I mean barely. It def needs an adjustment down.

Well if you get it adjusted or figure out how to diy I'd appreciate an update... Sounds like I might need to address it.

Mine was that way too. I adjusted my it’s better but not perfect but most important doesn’t leak.
To adjust I put it in vent position and pull back the plastic cover
“Right and left sides” there will be a torx screw 15 I think just loosen adjust and tighten. Took me a couple times but easy to do.

Simple adjustment with a T20.
Still protrudes a bit at the rear center, but the seal is so much better.

I would suggest that the glass is out of spec, as there is no way to adjust it such that the full glass perimeter is flush with the actual roof.

I’m bringing my 22 3500 Drw Laramie in for a leak. Not sure if it’s the sunroof of the overhead cab lights. I have a drip when my truck is sitting that drips from the grab handle on the drivers side.

MIne is leaking out of the driver-side noise cancellation microphones. Dealer says it needs a new glass, as the seal is shot (evidently, they are one unit) and wouldn’t you know it, it is not covered under the MVP that I paid over 3 grand for…and, it was 24 hours after my 3/36 expired…only 18K on the truck…beyond frustrated. I actually wrote @RamCares before my 3/36 because it was the weekend and the dealer service was closed. Super annoyed, also thuds a little when I open and close it. I tried adjusting the rear height a little w/the T20 screw driver as the driver side corner was well below the 1mm roof line. I will attach a video and pics. Oh, so the sunroof glass is over 600 and so is labor! It “thuds” a little when I open and close it too, so I don’t know what is going on. I cannot attach a video for some reason.

Have you checked the drain tubes in the a-pillars to ensure they are not clogged with anything?

Yes, that was the first thing I checked, what the dealer initially thought even though I told them I checked them.

I have noticed mine sits a bit high. No leaks but I absolutely get wind noise above 70mph. Did yours get quieter when you adjusted?
