Not sure. Do you have the digital rearview mirror? If so you should be able to add the camera.

If you have the digital mirror, you can add that tow mode camera. I believe you can add digital mirror to a 21 truck but the parts are expensive.
You would not be able to add the trailer surround view as that requires a UConnect5 head unit. You can add the XFQ (wiring) and 12-pin analog camera setup to a 19-21 UC4 head unit.
As always, sometimes best to run what everyone else, myself included, says by @Jimmy07 to see what he has to offer.
If you have a 2021 with digital rear view mirror already, that mirror only has one camera input for the one in the CHMSL (but you can move that camera to wherever you want).
In order to run both the digital rear view camera and the tow mode camera like the 2022’s, you would need a 2022 digital rear view mirror also.
I have confirmed on the bench setup that a 2022 mirror with both cameras will work on a 2021 BCM.

I ordered the Tow Mode Camera with my new 2022 RAM.
Came in a big bag that included the camera and wire kit.
Trailer Camera kit p/n: 68527599AA
Included a bag called DRVM Jumper (Wire to connect Fakra coax from truck to camera. 50ft 6 inches long)

I went to install my wired camera on the back of my 35' toyhaller. The wire is about 5' too short. I cant find an extention for that product. What are some of you doing, that have longer trailers?

There are extensions available on Amazon. They're listed a few pages back, I'm going to have to do the same thing for my 44' Fuzion.

How is the view angle through the rear view mirror? I have some concern the mirror will be too high up when going down the freeway. My main use on this camera is when driving so I want the rear view to feel as close as possible to straight on.
Please share the STL and/or CAD file. I pretty much only use Fusion360 (free).
My aftermarket camera will need a lot of mod to make it fit, but having the baseplate pattern helps.

Sorry I don't know how the view is yet. Camper is still in the shop for the winter with a wall about 2' behind it. LoL.
Probably won't have it out until June to test it out. The hole was already their from the Furion so I wanted to start their and not make more holes, I can always move it down. My previous camper was about that high but the camera had a taller view then the rear view mirror does, so we will see.
