2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Glad to hear it, but any response to STELLANTIS will fall on deaf ears. Even with all these issues they are moving the ev jeep manufacturing from US to Mexico and laying off everyone at that plant

Post your truck buying issues to Stellantis’ LinkedIn page. Without volume in public, it will continue to fall on deaf ears and no change will come..

I ordered 12/20/21 and didn’t take delivery until 10/20/22. It will come guys, we’ve just decided to order a truck during the worst time possible. Even then, it’s really not bad for a fully customized vehicle when you think of everything you get! These trucks are really good, I mean damn good, the wait is worth it.

Posted on several executives links and no one noticed or responded except 2 other people waiting for their trucks. STELLANTIS really couldn't care less . Ram hd sales in US is over shadowed by the south America market

We have now put 4k miles on the truck (in 6 weeks). 2022 laramie 6.7L HO Dually. It seems to have gotten even better with more miles. First change was at 5-600 miles. we got more power and torque. After 500 miles of towing the fuel mileage increased. Somewhere around 3500 miles, we noticed another MPG increase and even better response. Maybe the truck is learning my driving habits. It was great when we first got it, its even better now. Tows like a beast with quick smooth gear changes.

Ordered March 3rd, Built June 28............... Still not truck . can anyone give me someone to talk to?

Only one guy that seems to care but he has no answers at the moment, we're all just waiting for notification that our truck is heading north. But now that the 23s are being built this could really get stupid

so basically I am at the point that I am going to tell the dealership to keep the 22 and actually build me a 23

Wouldn't do that, been following a 23 group and evidently they are deleting options after orders are placed and deleting availability of some standard equipment.if you want to order one I would wait until things stabilize or you may end up with something you didn't actually order.

Alright guys, I need to hit the knowledge base. Mine shipped out of MX on Nov. 27th and I have been watching it come across the south part of the country since. Yesterday was Chattanooga TN, then Knoxville, TN. I fully expected the train to move to Morristown and hang a right into Ashville, NC and bring it to Winston Salem (Walkertown) where it would be picked up by a truck and brought to my dealership in Lillington NC. Last check on the train car this afternoon showed it in Bristol, TN. MUCH farther north than I thought it would go??? Does anyone know the logistics of this part of the train ride for a NC delivery in Walkertown, NC?? Is Bristol, TN a normal route to take for the trucks to get to Winston Salem?

at this point I'm Looking at changing Truck brands. The new Chevy looks nice and are available...... 20+ year ram owner. Living in the midwest for a year without a truck is becoming more than an inconvenience it is not a possibility.

Dealer has been counting on me for intel. They aren't too good with intel on delivery stuff. Good guys but not very knowledgeable or good with information.

But they should know where they truck them in from , that would be the same

Oh, got ya. Yeah it comes in from Winston Salem. That is why I was sure the train would head east from Morristown and head straight to Winston Salem. Based on it being in Bristol, TN it would have to go all the way north to Roanoke VA then come back down south to Winston Salem, This route looks to be a lot longer.

That's railroads, they only have one route so if the transfer station north of you is larger that's where they go

I told my dealer the same.. demand is there and they'll just sell your 22 to someone else, for more than you bought it for as prices went up. 23's would be similar but more than you paid for the 22, and another 6-9 month wait with who knows on the shipping delay side. Unfortunately, we have zero leverage.
