They put the truck on 18” blocks to simulate nose down like it was at the time of the leak, removed panels and headliner, and let water run over the entire truck for 2 hours - nothing from anything roof, rear glass, front glass, firewall, doors! the leak has finally been found! It is at a body seam under the windshield on the lower drivers side. The question that remains is is it the seal of the windshield or the seal of the body seam? They are removing the windshield to figure out and reseal all of it. Only problem is if they break the windshield, it’s 5 days to get a new one in. Oh well, at least no more leaks!!!

Probably the seam, the windshields get sealed pretty good.
 
Could any of the powers that be have a look at my truck? Vin 3C63R3SLXNG317354 It seems I am at the "Shipping" phase and was wondering where in that process it is.

Go to Ram tracking site. Put in last name and order number. I have found this to be the most up to date information and easily accessible

Thanks, I do check that dam site multiple times a day.. Sigh. One of our insiders DM'd me my status. Mine was built on the 4th and has been stuck since. I was informed its in vendor land now so nothing to do but wait some more.

That’s if it works, mine has been at order confirmed and never moved, but individuals from here and my dealer have said otherwise. Ram chat sees the same thing I see and have to escalate and then say call the dealer

Mine was there for 3 weeks. Skipped checking for 2 days and suddenly KZLD 8/17, KZM 8/23. Sounds like you are close!

Sounds about right, i ordered 6/6 and i think if iam correct about 2 weeks ago i went D1 according to the dealer. so thats about 75 days in “confirmed” I had a “ship date” of aug 27th however these kind fellows made me aware that is generally the build date. So well see! I am really hoping to get a “built” from BV when i inquire again, Hopefully i can wait till next week before i bother them again lol.

Completely an assumption but i am anticipating a late sept delivery ( best case ) or more realistically mid october which would have me around 4.5 months which i think in this day and age is an excellent turn around. She did mention being iam having my “extras” put on at the dealer and that its a cab and chassis makes things a bit quicker. My dealer mentioned that their HD factory order turn around times have dramatically picked up since july…. She mentioned should almost be back to a 3-3.5 month turn around for later 2023s which is encouraging

Ordered 8/5/22 built on 8/22/22 waiting on shipping also. Moving a lot faster than I thought which probably means I’ll be waiting for shipping for awhile.

i think @pacnw1963 was at 10 times a day ... lol or ... no wait that was me 12-15 times a day refresh not that long ago
