I decided to start a thread detailing the build of my 2022 3500 Limited Mega Cab Dually. I ordered the truck back in April with pretty much every option other than the sunroof and hope to take delivery of it at some point in August. With the chip shortage, shipping challenges and everything else happening in the world though, delivery timing could change. Anyway, I have been ordering parts for the truck for the last four months and fortunately, everything has been delivered. All I need now is the truck at this point to get going... I'll post pictures of what I have over the next week or so but here is a quick summary.

Feedback and questions on the build are welcome!

- Carli Pintop System for Auto Level Air Suspension: the full kit with leaf pack, sway bar, radius arms and low mount stabilizer
- Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T, 255/85R17 (34.6x9.8x17)
- .5" hub-centric wheel spacers (unsure if I'll need these with the tires I have)
- S&B 52-gallon fuel tank
- Morimoto XB LED Headlights
- Baja Designs 20" Light Bar OnX6+ (resides in the grill)
- Baja Designs Squadron Pro Fog Lights
- Baja Designs Reverse Lighting Kit
- Carli Suspension Front Differential Guard
- Carli Suspension Intercooler Guard
- Carli King Shock Wrap kit (Xpel film to help prevent pitting)
- WeatherTech bed mat and rear cargo mat
- Banks Pedal Monster
- Duramax Emissions Compliant Tuning (have the tuner; pending their ability to tune the truck (expected to be late 2022))

This truck will tow my buggy/juggy and RZR along with hauling a Cirrus 820 camper (slides into the bed of the truck). Because of the slide-in camper, I also have:
- TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs
- Camper Relocation Kit (kit is needed to get around the fat butt of a dually)
- Swing-A-Way brackets to allow the jacks to get around the fat butt of the dually

After installing all of the items, the vehicle will then be:
- PPF (Paint protection film) the front of the truck (hood, fenders, bumper, mirrors) using 10mil wrap
- Full ceramic coating with Xpel 4-year warranty, including 2-stage paint correction
- Xpel Prime XR Plus tint (including windshield)

Installation of everything will be a combination of myself, a couple of shops (one for the Carli suspension kit and another for the fuel tank and lights) and a detail shop (PPF, tint and ceramic coating).

Thanks,
David

Here is a picture of the swing-a-way brackets and the customer 6" extensions. With these, I should have no problems clearing the big booty of the dually.

Have you gotten the truck yet? Looking forward to the build

Interested in how your truck drives with a camper with the Carli sway bar is there a lot of body rolls when you turn and hit a dip or going up a driveway on a turn.
