Called corp as dealer said no way to verify status or location. Learned that my 2500 shipped 11/4, no ETA. Line 1518. Tracker does not show that it shipped. Built 8/18.

Line 1232. February order, August build. Have window sticker. Check in with dealer every month. They indicate truck 100% built, just sitting for pickup at Saltillo yard. The tracking site sometimes indicates an ETA, then the date passes, then it resets to TBD. Called corporate several times, same story that they have no more information than the tracker. Losing a lot of faith in Ram production and operation management. At this point if it does show up feels like I'd be buying a used vehicle that's sat through several heavy storms. Only thing that gives hope is this tracker and seeing that many people are in the same boat.

I called (866) 726-4636. They told me it shipped when last update shows built as of 8/18.
