Ordered a 2500 in June (15th). This is my first post. Entered info in the spreadsheet. Truck was completed August 18th and “released by the factory”. Has not yet shipped. Dealer has no info on what to expect for ship date. Anyone have a feel for how long it’s been taking to ship from Saltillo?

I am kinda getting the feeling that they should arrive at the dealerships in 1-3 years. I ordered mine 05/17 and it was built 08/02. Estimated delivery is TBD, so I am hoping by 2024. Congratulations by the way on your new RAM!!

I filled out the form, i am number 1531. According to the Ram tracking site i have been in JB status since 9/24/22 with no updates since 9/26/22.
I can print my build sheet and i have added the truck to my online Mopar acct by using the VIN but i still can't look up my window sticker.

you shall find that canadians get about zero help when it comes to updates, ram care, ram canada know absolutely nothing ever, no ram tracker for us. So your only options are your dealer. OR BRV10 who is far superior to dealer

My truck was delivered-- the dealership will keep it a few more weeks because someone took all the emblems off the tail gait. didn't know those were worth anything? ill post photos when I can make them small enough for the server

Hmmm. How did you learn that it was lost? Asked my dealer today if there was any inventory record or verification of location/status. He said no way to verify, it should show up somewhere at some point.
