They both went KZ in late Jan and have yet to share the good news of their respective arrivals. My hubby says I spend too much time trying to track it when it's something over which I have no control. I'm the same way, I know I can't do a damn thing about it but I just wanna know. I called Ram Chat today and spoke to someone who said they'd escalate the build which I guess means they will look into the build status of your truck and let you know if there are any issues. They contacted in 5 hours and told me it was still on track and there were no issues with the build just waiting parts and sequencing. I notice if you ordered a HO diesel, they seem to be lagging the other builds as I've seen plenty of 6.4's and standard output diesel ordered after mine already get built and delivered.
 
I bugged my salesman again. At first he said the same old thing - mid-April. But, he had pity on me and just got back with some real info - KZT!! Still projecting mid-April before it hits the dealer's, but we have forward motion at last!!
Hang in there guys, you're day will come, though not soon enough.
 
As of today when I pulled the sheet

April through November orders
  • 783 total (including cancelled and crossed off orders)
  • 15 left to be built (non-cancelled or crossed off)
December orders
  • 149 total orders
  • 44 left to be built (29.5%)
January orders
  • 129 total orders
  • 81 left to be built (62.8%)
February
  • 80 total orders
  • none built
March
  • 28 total orders
  • none built
 
Officer Dirty Sanchez you can mark line 686 NG193453 as complete. I was able to pickup today but had started raining and getting dark by the time I got home. I will update with pictures tomorrow. Thanks to all that have had valued input and knowledge of the process and have assisted. I will continue to monitor the forum for great information.
 
I went though the info and entered my info for the spreadsheet but it’s never shown up. Do I need to do something different?
 
Called FCA customer care. Told them about my order and blah blah blah. They send since the order didn't move within 30 days of when I placed the order, they would "escalate my case" and get it expedited at the plant. This was Friday. Called me yesterday and confirmed the order acceptance and such. Then this morning.....

My “canceled” order was delivered to the dealer this week. Ordered 1/10. Delivered to the dealership in St Louis MO on 3/21. Exactly 10 weeks from order to delivery. Amazing.

2500 CCSB Hemi Laramie. Not sure what line it is on the spreadsheet as I’m out of town and using my phone.

Still waiting for build sheet etc for my 1/28 order…
