Just an update

After almost a month of my truck being completed and built, it is still “on hold” in Mexico and has not been shipped. No one has any idea why it is “on hold” and they HOPE it ships soon. I haven’t been able to find any information on legitimate reasons it would be on hold, but who knows at this point. Anyone else had this happen?
There are several trucks on the board like that..my guess is there waiting on chips or maybe a certain chip..some seem to ship shortly after being built.

I’m in a similar situation. Do you know what status code your truck has? Mine has been built since 2/20 and no ETA available. Waiting for rail assignment i guess

What’s interesting when I enquired about my 3500 Longhorn (with Level 1 and Safety package) this week is that the only parts outstanding is the 5th wheel prep. There according to what the dealer can see.. I didn’t know that would be an issue.

As did mine, earlier in the week!! ONLY EIGHT MONTHS AND A FEW DAYS. But, who's counting?

It could be anything.. I didn't order the 5th wheel prep.. mine was just pushed back 2 weeks.. originally 3/27 now 4/4..

I think all this info has significant delays. Last week when I called Ramchat the only status they would give me was “shipping stage with no ETA” they could not confirm truck was built. The viola, my EL shows up. I’ll call dealer Monday to see if he has ETA.

(Don’t have it yet)

I believe it is “KZ” status. If you call ramchat they will tell you status but they have no explanation of why it’s on hold, or even that it is on hold. My dealer was able to see it was on hold for me.

I believe you and I are in the same boat, my truck was completed and rolled out of the factory on 2/17. Has been sitting "waiting for transport" since then, no one has been able to give me a straight answer on what is going on. Best I got was KZLD status from my dealer. I last checked with Ramchat on 3/10 and was told it is still sitting waiting for transport with no ETA. This Thursday will be a full month of it waiting for transport, hopefully I get some movement before then.

I feel bad for even venting about it now. I just finalized my deal and what a deal it is! MSRP on my window sticker was ~$2400 more than when I ordered 12/11/21 and my price only increased $196!! Not too bad if you ask me for a completely painless, 5% below invoice price with $0 down, clearly stated no price protection, order that is delivered in right at 12 weeks.

Picking it up Friday 10am. Highly recommend Chapman CDJR of Horsham Pa! (Thanks @franko)

What a tremendous experience! From start to finish this has been the best instance for buying a new vehicle for us. We picked up the new Power Wagon at Chapman in Horsham PA Friday morning after driving from Pittsburgh (got a free upgrade to a HEMI Charger on rental-score!) the night before. We arrived about 20 mins early for appointment, but were welcomed by some of the most friendly and genuine staff I have seen at a dealership. The transaction was highly efficient without being rushed at all. Numbers were exactly as conveyed throughout the deal, with only the aforementioned $196 increase from time of order despite the $2400 increase on the sticker.

The truck was sitting out front cleaned up, fully fueled, and ready to roll (I did check the fuses and yes they did need to be fully seated). Was also surrounded by about 15+ TRX orders that had just arrived. We mentioned we were also going to be looking at a new '22 Jeep GC to in the upcoming year and the gentleman handling our finance actually brought one up for us to look at that his father-in-law had just ordered.

When talking with the folks at Chapman they did say you don't automatically get the % below invoice deal unless you mention the forum(s) and their standard price is MSRP on orders. So thank you to everyone on the forum and keep spreading the word. The few vehicles that are not sold orders on the lot are all over MSRP with "market increase".

Had to air down the tires a bit for a better ride (were at ~72 psi) before we hit the turnpike then started the journey home keeping it at lower speeds for first couple hundred miles and tempering our rapid return with frequent stops to enjoy the less than glorious PA Turnpike Service centers. Made it home Friday evening in time to install my Diamondback bed cover and new Weathertech HP (WAY BETTER than old stiff style Weathertechs) before the very annoying snow storm hit.

Truck is schedule for window tint, Ceramic Pro- Silver coating, and the RP-342 undercoating next week so it leaves me enough time of it not being driven to talk my wife into letting me replace the perfectly fine brand new 33" Duratracs with some 35's.

They told you what parts they are waiting on to finish your truck?
