How long did you wait before you got your name removed from the order? Did you put any money down when you ordered the truck and did you get it back if you did?

I was at just over 22 weeks, and it wasn't that it hadn't moved status, but that the dealer couldn't offer any explanation. They did give me back my deductible (500), but per them, only because they were able to get my name removed from the order.

No, I ended up ordering from a dealer in Madisonville, TX. If I had known about MD, I am sure i would have gone through them. I just found out about MD in the past couple weeks after I joined here.

I'm not nearly that far in the waiting game but I wanted to know my options and how others dealt with it. I hope you see your truck soon, you've definitely waited long enough.

Thanks but I tried that. I put in my personal information and as soon as I pick anything from the drop down list, it just acts like it blows up and then does nothing and goes nowhere. I gave up on it after numerous tries over numerous different days.

May be something with your computer / connection. After doing the screenshot, I went ahead and connected and got an update with no issues.

That crossed my mind but I'm not having any trouble with any other websites. Idk. Guess I'll just stay updated through my dealer. Thanks for checking it out.

Glad to see someone is moving along! I ordered mine a few days before you and still waiting for even a build date. Ram Chat told me "your truck is in scheduling" today, whatever that means. I ordered a Tradesman cuz they said it would be a quicker build and I see Longhorn's n Limited's getting built before mine. I'm gonna have a chat with my sales guy...

I’ve had a Longhorn ordered since 10/20. They are in no hurry to build it.

My Longhorn was ordered on 10/25--no sign of it being built anytime soon.
 
57E93A4B-283D-4618-B18A-9AB900078ABA.jpegWell good news for me today. After my rant yesterday on hear and a call to my dealer, looks like my truck is/was on the move. Yesterday it was waiting for a spot in line to get built and as of today per my dealer and RamChat just now my truck is in paint. With a new ship date of 3/10/22. Very happy to see some movement finally. Crossing my finger it ships close to the estimated date.
 
Latest intel on my truck (from dealer) is that its it will be traveling to Mechanicville, NY by train, ETA 3/30 then on truck to dealer in CT.
