I hear ya. It would be easier if we didn't have visibility into the build sequence for the 700+ 1000+ trucks on the spreadsheet. If I didn't know that other Longhorns ordered after mine were being built ahead of me, I'd just chalk it up to supply chain and not watch it so closely.

I'm at just over 17 weeks and on my 3rd estimated ship date (2/11, 2/23, 3/11). I guess I'll be one of the unlucky ones that exceeds Mark Dodge's 20 week worst case estimate . . .

@tyler2you @ElkRam Well I just got off the phone with our friends at RamChat. The very kind gentleman claimed that the new "Whitey" is built as the truck showed up when he typed in the VIN and also said it was D1. I asked if it was possible to have a built truck and for it to be in D1. He answered yes. I also asked him if he could see if it needed to go to a vendor for the bed liner or step bars. He said all he could say is that the truck was built and that there was no damage. When I asked, he said there was no scheduled shipping date. In the mind of this dumb log guy, this doesn't pass the smell test. But I've been wrong before and I'm very much willing to be wrong this time. I should believe him because we all know that RamChat has always had the most accurate and up-to-date info as they place the highest value on their customers and feel they deserve nothing but the very best. @owdiss78 , @J-J and @DelRed22 know this as much as anyone. God bless your patience gentlemen!
My question to you @brv10, is this possible? And could it possibly be true that we are moving forward from D1 "that's your pile of parts over in the corner that are marked for your new truck...until we decide to steal from it for someone else's truck and you're now back in D"?

If it were built your equipment listing would show up. I think the RamChat agent was incorrect.

It's really poor form the way Ram Chat and the customer service folks give out such inaccurate information to everyone. I've had the customer support line people tell me my truck was built as well only to find out from the dealer it was still in D1.

I will only believe mine has been built when I get an equipment listing. Think I’m still at the bottom of the black hole hoping that one day my unicorn will show up. 8 month orderversary is on Friday! Please send me some beer or bourbon to celebrate.

I really thought I'd be there with you, but i did order 4 days before you! Tomorrow is 2-weeks that I have had mine. Hope you get it soon.

I got bad news on mine my first order has been built and shipping now. My replacement order is still lost in the bottomless pit of punishment!

I just posted an update on the other thread about builds. I ordered on 1/10 and got notified by FCA that it will be delivered the week of April 8. That’s about 12 weeks.
Unfortunately I had to reorder on 1/28, so my original order is up for grabs.

Seems like they are full of bad news today. The saga of my truck continues and changes! So three weeks ago they told me it was damaged in shipping, some kind of fender damage and would be repaired in no more than 72 hours. As of today it's No, the vehicle wasn't damaged the batteries were stolen and it is still on the rail car - seriously! Is Ram stupid enough not to go down to the nearest auto parts store and get a couple of batteries? I'm guessing the key fobs were stolen as well. Anyway I found another truck that is currently in transit to another dealer and told both dealers, whichever one comes in first, wins!

I think so. Don’t have anything yet saying I didn’t get Timberline Green. We shall see. How long from order to VIN, roughly? I’m sure it varies. Guessing this order may get pushed to next model year. If so, do I have a chance to go over options again?
