Well, not per se although it seems I received the corresponding verbiage from Ram Chat. They won't give me a code through chat and no update on a code from the dealer.

Does anyone know how to translate this Ram Chat message to a status code?

I can see your order has been released from the factory and was approved for shipping. Shipping arrangements have not been completed yet but it should be leaving soon!

I'm thinking it's KZ LD.

Truck is scheduled to ship on Saturday. So tomorrow hopefully I get a build sheet

I talked to my salesman today, my truck arrived at their dealership yesterday

i ordered it August 31st, fairly highly optioned 3500 CC LB Dually HO Aisen

Probably be picking it up next week after they get the PDI done

15 weeks approximately

Looks like KZT status for me, dealer says arriving sometime next month, but built and on the move.

I received an email update from Sandi: "Your order has been released from the plant and is on a train en route to the port…eta of 12/24."

That’s exactly what I was told with my truck. A few days later I was able to get the ETA timeframe I still don’t know if my truck has even left the station yet.

They told me the exact same thing and still no ETA.
