2022 HD Crowdsourced VIN/Order Tracking

Please keep in mind once loaded on a transport vehicle (Rail/Truck) it becomes a moving object. and sometimes hard to determine an actual physical location. Our railroads were built primarily to handle east/west movement. So depending on the location of dealer your RAM Truck may go from Rail to Truck to Rail again and finally a truck to the dealership. FCA will use the most cost efficient means to transport the unit regardless of the transport time.
I am kind of a big deal; People know me. My house smells of rich mahogany & many leather bound books so I doubt they would use the most cost efficient versus the most expedient.

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make updates from about now through the weekend. I know I'll have a lot to catch up on Sunday night but I'll do my best!

It sounds like there have also been a few equipment listing showing up this morning. Unfortunately most of them are not showing up for me yet. But I'll add them to the sheet as soon as they do and as soon as I have a chance.
@OfficerDirtySanchez not to worry! I think I can say from the group, We truly Appreciate your contributions to the group via your spreadsheet and insight. Thanks and hopefully you enjoyed your time away. Cheers

I'm baaack! Did my 1,000 mi drive to the inlaws towing my (admittedly small) trailer. Last time I did this drive I was sure I'd be doing it in a 2500 Cummins rather than my 1500 Ecodiesel.

As expected, lots of new equipment listings and window stickers when I ran the script tonight.

I caught up on this thread. But the main one will have to wait until tomorrow.

Congrats on the sweet looking truck, @luke42179!

Wow ! Finally hitting stride I hope??? +23 Equipment Lists, +32 Window Stickers, +4 deliveries, 60+% of early orders before August have Window Stickers

120 May-June orders with Eq Lists & 117 of those with Window Stickers

BUT Still 70 May-June Orders without Equipment Lists - any way to find what the holdup is on those 70?

I think the production scheduler at the Saltillo Assembly Plant along with a combination of economic, geopolitical & logistical factors are the cause of those 70 that have not been built. The package changes after the delay of initial start up more than likely have to do with changing modules, chips, processors, etc.

I'm glad my truck is on the way but I think they should address the first orders ASAP or make concessions.

You should just fly your jet into Monterrey Mexico and load your own truck and deliver it yourself. Why waste your time waiting on others. LOL

Looks like most of those are 3500's with SRW ...... You don't see many 3500 on the road with SRW so they are probably waiting enough orders to make a production run on these. Something tells me when they do all these will fly off the list.

Luckily some of us early orders have price locks from Mark Dodge. I would be pissed if I didn’t and the MSRP has just been going up and up while Stellantis sat on their thumbs with my truck. I mean… they turned out how many dealer trucks prior to sold orders? If my price went up because of their crappy scheduling, I would be looking to small claims just to screw with them.

I'm seeing trucks delivered to dealer lots so we know FCA is churning out trucks that have not yet been sold to increase dealer inventory. Seems they would take care of customers who have already purchased a little better. I know they have to set the line up for production runs and they just can't change this on a daily basis however, customers who have already purchased should get some priority.

That has been said many times - I dont think anyone disagrees.

I drive by my local Chrysler dealership, Ford dealership and GM dealership daily. I've noticed the GM dealership seems to remain pretty full on inventory, with Ford coming in 2nd. The Chrysler dealership seems to have the least amount of vehicles on their lot.. Many Jeeps, but only 3-5 trucks.

Info on shipping status has been worst of reliability of information. How long since JS or KZ status is probably best measure.
They cant agree on that either. Apparently, no one knows when it left the factory... if it even left.

If i am seeing your order correctly you went KZ 11/01. I am in similar timing - dont expect any reliable status at this time.
Thanks! I think the big problem is that we are so used to having shipping info on everything these days... just not on a $75K truck.
