We are probably above 20 million (edit: actually at least 30 million) dollars worth of orders on that spreadsheet. I’m sure we are more then a drop in a bucket.
Dirty already said someone from Stellantis asked for permission to join the spreadsheet sometime in August. Not sure if he was allowed to join in.
With that, I’m sure Ram will not do anything special for us and prioritize us like some have suggested Ram should do.

We had a short conversation over email. He's just a dude waiting for a truck like the rest of us. No special insider knowledge or agenda. Happy to have him as part of the forum and the tracking sheet.

"Beginning of November" is what I'm told. I hope that stays true, but I'm good for Christmas!
 
Got an update from Aaron at Mark Dodge today. Truck is still sitting at Saltillo. Aaron said he’s going to push to have them label it as a “hot” item since I’m supposed to be flying in in a few weeks to pick it up. His manager is going to push to get it loaded up asap.

So you have to ask the dealer for updates, you can't get them any other way?

I’m sure I could get them to communicate if I wanted to wait every other week or so, however I’m impatient and I email once a week just for a quick check-in. Aaron is great at responding within an hour or two and I tell him thank you for the update and I don’t bug him until the following week.
 
Customer service is part of what gets the dealer paid. Bug them as often as you desire. Keep in mind, stuff usually doesn't change for weeks at a time. Mark doesn't say "check back in a few weeks" because they're high volume and have a ton of people bugging them. They say that because stuff doesn't change for weeks. Once the build starts, feel free to ask for an update every few days until it gets on the train because stuff happens more quickly during the build

Would be nice if they could "push" orders thru for people that have been waiting since June for their trucks, lol
 
I ordered 6/29 and just called in tonight to speak to someone vs chat. My estimated ship is 10/20/2021, however I was informed that my truck was still showing D1 status. Anyone experience anything similar? Build & ship dates change but from what I've seen the ship date is updated to reflect build status code...I don't have an equipment listing or window sticker.

Have you asked? Are you coming from out of town/state? I have a feeling the only reason why they would even consider doing it for me is because I’m trying to plan a flight from Indy to Lake Charles and need some notice if I need to change flights

That “available to everyone else” probably means off of MSRP. The key with the ford guys is x-plan. There are a ton of companies that qualify. It includes employees spouses and household members. If the tremor I ordered gets built before my 6-17 limited HO I will have a drivers license that proves I live with my parents that are Goodyear retirees.
