This truck has no sunroof, does have blindspot monitoring.

Thanks for doing this
Added. Thank you.

Touched base with Sandi at Mark Dodge. Truck shipped 10/2 and is scheduled to arrive in Port Allen, LA on 10/14. From there, she said it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive at the dealer due to a shortage of drivers.

Be glad when Renae tells me mine's at Mark Dodge. Good luck and may you get it within 1 week.

Nope. May 10th here and ordered from mark dodge. Still waiting for signs of life
Then it must be something like a roulette wheel, round and round she goes who's truck are we gonna build nobody knows.

I would be pissed if I my truck was stuck like many of yours, I guess I got lucky so far as my truck is built, its just stuck somewhere between Mexico and Idaho. I feel for you all.

So... my 2022 Longhorn is in a train car in Mexico. I ran to my dealer last night and sold my 21 Laramie to them, I have until noon today to drop it off with my toolbox, hood protector, side steps and bed step removed. I'm selling it to them as they sold it to me... except for the bed liner I paid to have sprayed. I eat that.

They expect early to mid November at the dealership. My birthday (50 this year) is November 19th. Let's hope I'm in a bad ass new truck for my birthday!

Got this today from RamChat.
Your truck has been scheduled. This means all the parts have been received and it will begin the build in the next few weeks.
Will ask my saleslady for a update next week.

Sometimes it's better to pull out and go with something else. I'm wondering if they are just fitting in the previous orders prior to the actual start date as they configure a certain trim.
"Go with Something Else" - WHAT ELSE - Other brands in same boat - only option I see is compromise on options and buy something off a Dealer's lot with $2000-5000 premium over MSRP. There are apps that search to specified radius or Nationwide - Almost bought a 2021 at MSRP from 500 miles away but it was sold out from under me after I put a deposit on it and was about to leave to pick up. Might be tempting if you can find something at a reasonable dealer and there are some - but I am not in favor of supporting a Price Gouging dealer - not particularly trustworthy in my mind.

Is offering $4000 off MSRP ($2500 for financing, $1500 for trade-in). Never dealt with them, was looking at who had 2022s in stock when we were visiting Utah last week.

Took delivery yesterday. Really like the truck and features. 4 complaints so far - 1) I’m gonna miss the corner bumper step from my GMC, 2) highly optioned truck has no telescoping steering wheel, 3) terrible factory tires, 4) completely blacked out truck and they put outlined white letter tires on it?

Dang that's a good looking truck. Sometimes I wish I got that color combo.

Congrats.

I agree I could really use the telescoping wheel. I kinda like the white letting offsetting the everything dark but you know what they say about opinions.

Nice looking truck - Steel or Granite?
First problem - Add $300 Mopar bed step - you can find online for under $300 - but go with Mopar - super easy install - 10 minures no drilling, everything prefab for step.
Second problem - sorry no help there - adjust pedals and move seat worst case.
As to tires, I had already planned on replacing them first thing - the Firestone white letter ATs I had on previous 2500 were replaced by Michelins at about 25k miles - solves 2 problems - or just paint over with tire paint.

Granite

Awesome about the step!

Steps are all the way toward the floor…it’s just interesting that, on an $80k+ truck, they add power pedal adjustments but no telescoping wheel…odd choice

I plan to put Toyo AT3s on it. Just trying to decide whether to go stock size or 295/65. Again, just an odd choice to put white letters on a blacked out truck. Also bummer that the they put the Firestone garbage ATs on it.

Looks like you have the 20" wheel package = 285/60R20 OE. 295/65R20 will raise truck roughly 0.8 in (tire will be ~1.6 in taller in theory) - also fewer choices and special order - easier to find stock 285/60 on the road - worst case dealer OE.
If you are talking 295/65R18 thats a very close match to 275/70R18 OE.
Wife had to go to car dealer south of Memphis after she blew a tire coming off Mississippi River Bridge - I called all around - Tire Dealers could get in a day or so, but no one else had her size in stock except Toyota dealer. 2 day delay or limp home on Temp Spare.
Granted your 18" steel spare would be better than Temp Spare on her car, but still would pull to shorter 275/70R18" tire side (same diameter as OE 285/60R20)
Best, Ed
