Got an update via email from RAM. My Dually is at the Denver Train Depot. Waiting for a truck to take it to SD. ETA at dealer within 10 days.
- Ordered July 16th. Built the week of Oct. 11th.

Upgrading my 2018 2500 crew cab slt, maximum steel, snow chief, 5th wheel prep, 6.4 hemi.

I really wanted the Utility Orange, but the wait for a low volume color would have been even more painful i think. I thought about the Patriot Blue or the Delmonico Red as well. Decided to stick with same color as my 2018 though.

And with a kingpin adapter i can haul my gooseneck with the fifth wheel hitch installed then not have to muscle the fifth wheel hitch in and out.

I saw my dealer yesterday, restated my original statement when I ordered. If the truck doesn't have any movement by Saturday morning, I will find one to purchase closest to what I want.

Part of me wishes I would have purchased a 3500 for payload alone, but at the time I had no plans to purchase anymore equipment, trailers, etc

I’ve got a goose box on my fifth wheel instead of the fifth wheel hitch with an offset ball for the short bed. It works great and keeps the bed clear. I considered patriot blue and magnetic as well. I went back to my roots as my first truck in high school was very similar to the delmonico red haha

Tradesman 3500, SRW, 4x2, CC SB, SO 6.7, 5th wheel prep, Towing Tech, bed pkg, air suspension, chrome and interior pkg.

Towing vehicle for 5th wheel, Pullrite slider hitch. Truck needs to fit in garage, otherwise would have ordered LB.

Well here is my timeline for my truck ordering process. I truly cannot say enough about everyone at Mark Dodge, everyone there has truly been a first class act and this has been the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. They all went the extra mile and I appreciate more than I can express to them. I really wish they were local to me as I would consider buy new vehicles more often. If anyone had any hesitations about using Mark Dodge, no reason to have any at all.

6/8 - order placed
10/15 - truck built
10/16 - truck shipped
10/27 - truck showed up at rail yard
11/2 - got an email the truck is at the dealer!!
