2022 3500 DRW w/ Air Suspension Leveling

Morning everyone,

I attempted a search the threads but failed to find the specific answer I was looking for. Has anyone with a 22 3500 DRW w/ the air assist suspension gone a cheaper leveling route than the full-blown Carli 3.25" Pintop Conversion package? I know the 22s with the air assist rear suspension are lowered in the rear by 1", so this negates the standard 2" coil spring replacement like I did on my 19 DRW. I will eventually get the full-blown conversion down the road, but for now I am just looking for a short to mid-term solution to level the front to be able to add 35s. I would prefer to not do any coil spacer, ideally a spring replacement and standard Fox or Bilstein shock replacement. I know this option vice the full-blown conversion will not really improve ride quality too much, and that's ok I get it. I appreciate the assist, thank you in advance.

Are you looking for a level or a lift, the Carli 3.25" is a lift on both front and rear.

If youre just looking to clear 35s you can do so at stock height as long as you are running wheels with the correct offset. I am running 37s on my 3500 w/ very little trimming done to the front fender liner.

If you do want to level the truck, without going the spacer route Thuren makes front springs at a variety of heights depending on what your truck needs. Id start there if I were you.

Ok, thank you. Yes, just looking to level and stay with my OEM black "Alcoa's" on a 35 a/t. I am doing a 2" steel spacer from Motorsport-Tech so I can run the rears lower and maintain my stock spacing.

I dont have a DRW so Im not the expert but you might not have to level the truck to clear 35s. But ya check the Thuren stuff if you are set on going that route.

You should be able to do a 0.5" front spring and not go below level when the truck is in ALT.

Nothing different on the ride height of the auto-level trucks from '19 to '22, in fact it's been the same since it was released.
