2.99% interest is the promotion? That seems high for a promotional interest. Is it because it is Canada? They must be tighter with the purse strings up there.

Ordered 2/11/21...dealer informed D status 6/23/21, D1 with VIN today 7/15/21. Signed up for cyrptostickers, received email from crypto a few hours after signing up showing build sheet not found but window sticker is found, although I haven't been able to view it yet. I thought build sheet would be first..?

ya promos for the 2021's have not been good at all! I could have done it a lot cheaper with my line of credit but it's a pain to get it bumped up.

ya it took me 4 hours at the dealer yesterday waiting for the Chrysler office to push the update through their system. They requested it on Tuesday. Definitely get your dealer to ensure that is in place well in advance of getting your truck. The Chrysler bank actually didn't want to change it and insisted the 3.49 is the best they could do because the 2.99 promo is expired. Luckily I was in the guys office during that call and I ripped a strip off them clarifying if they didn't take 6 months to build my truck it wouldn't have been an issue. Bit of a gong show overall, just happy it is over.

For any of my fellow Canadian's waiting on their 2021 trucks still, I highly recommend calling your dealership to confirm your vehicle features. Apparently as they try to finish up the remaining 2021's they are deleting some optional features from the trucks to closeout the model year. My Limited Megacab had the air suspension and 4.10 rear end deleted which sucks. Now I need to decide if the 3.73 is good enough for my trailer and if I can live without air suspension. Pretty ridiculous to buy a nearly $100k truck, wait 6 months for it to be built and then find out you aren't getting what you ordered because the Ram factory start deleting options to help get going on the 2022's.

I've never had air suspension before, for those that have it what are your thoughts? Would not having it be a dealbreaker for you?

I thought you only get 3.73 with a single rear wheel truck. If you ordered a gas truck you can get 4.10 rear axle on a single rear wheel. When I got my truck they said I would have to get. Diesel Dually for 4.10 axle ratio. Good luck with your order.

3.73's are standard. I have had them on all my Dodge Cummins Dually trucks and also have the 3.73's on my current 2021 Dually order.

As upset as I was through the whole process and final delivery day I have to say I haven’t stopped smiling. I had to rapidly break her in for a camping trip and she towed like a beast.

Good to see you driving the new ride, did you ever figure out why they left some of the options off your truck, did they discount for you, I guess it towed ok I see a trailer in the background. i wonder if this is going to be the new normal when ordering new auto,s the dealer lots here look pretty empty. I guess this is what we have to look forward to with slim to none manufacturing in Ca and US, enjoy hope you don,t have any trouble

no discounts on the truck, at the end of the day I just wanted to get out of there. I did get a small extended warranty that includes roadside in Canada and US that they gave me a deal on. Ultimately not much incentive for them to give me a deal. I’m fact the deleted items they removed the cost from my order but also deleted the equivalent amount from my negotiated discount in an effort to pull one over on me but I caught it. They just sent me a link for a review of them, I’m not normally one for reviews but I think I will write one

I had talked to my dealer after you had mentioned about having options deleted off your truck.
I was worried I would not receive my truck with all the options I ordered. My dealer told me I would
get the truck as ordered and that FCA would not delete options off the truck at the factory. They said
the dealer would have to do that through the Regional Manager, likely to get a better delivery date.

But they couldn’t tell me if it actually had left Saltillo on a train yet (first rail departure) or if it was delayed at the plant. I know the dealer is the only source of info once it hits KZ status, it’s just frustrating not to get a straight answer.

I,d be sending a letter to FCA about this dealer and go hunting for a good one in your area for service, I grew up in Brampton, Gtown and Milton and I,m sure there are some good dealers in that area if you ask around, I,f I was treated like you were by a dealership I,m pretty sure I wouldn,t trust their service to get things right and wouldn,t want anything to do with them

This is week 22, Its suppose to be shipped but dealer keeps getting a different arrival date every week since it was built and I think they don,t have a clue, so I will get it sooner or later but I will get it, I,m over the stressing about it cause I don,t have any control over it, Just glad that I,m keeping my 2000 dually its one of the more dependable things in these messed up times. Like I said earlier there can,t be that many more 2021 trucks coming this way I would think , so I would imagine they would ship when they get a full car or cars who knows
