Well she finally came in! Ordered March 19th and shipped May 12th. Like everybody says "it's worth the weight"
Picked my truck up from Bud Clary Saturday.
I always thought white trucks are too plain but damn that looks good.Picked my truck up from Bud Clary Saturday. It all went smooth. There was some small paint damage to the front bumper from shipping but they got it fixed prior to my arrival . Here are some pics after my 1,000 mile trip home. I love it!View attachment 19000View attachment 19001
I ordered with Phillip at the beginning of March. I was working with Freddy after he left and Zack/Zaid was the salesman that did the salesman work like walk me around the truck, show me all the goodies, etc. Both good guys. It really was a pretty painless process at the dealership, even though it still took a little time to get all the paperwork handled. I brought my own financing from USAA.Congrats! Did you order before or after Phillip leaving?
That's good to hear as I ordered mine with the Rambox as well! What do you miss about it? Did you find yourself missing the space that was lost by going with it?Sure miss that Rambox on my 2021
If your dealers are anything like some of the ones I've been hearing about here, best of luck! I've heard of dealers happy to let customers walk, because they know they can sell it off the lot for more than their prearranged deal.Thankfully my truck was not involved in that accident in Missouri, and is actually north of the border now so I could have it any day now. Just curious if any of my fellow Canadians that have been "patiently" waiting for their trucks, were you able to negotiate a better price or extras/addons when you took delivery? I don't expect to get better than my negotiated price considering the market but hoping I can get a deal or freebies added on (ie service plan, accessories, etc) essentially as a "yes we acknowledge we screwed you, don't hate us" kind of deal. Anyone have any luck?

Strange, in our neck of the woods we are still seeing good discounts off new trucks. Here is a new 2021 1500
we were looking at on the weekend that is advertised at 20% off. I received more than that off my 3500 that
I am currently waiting for. This is not just one dealer discounting, there are many doing it.
Where are you located? You are one of the very few that can walk in and deal locally
Eastern Canada. We are lucky to be in a low populated area and get good pricing but
it comes at the expense of long delivery dates because of the low allocation.
Ah ok, that explains some of it. Is it too much hassle and expense to purchase from a US dealer and drive back to get one sooner? Not sure how that process works
Great to hear. Enjoy the truck.Thankfully my truck was not involved in that accident in Missouri, and is actually north of the border now so I could have it any day now. Wow. Our lots here are ghost towns. You can get deals, from some dealers, on orders. But lot sales are a different story.Strange, in our neck of the woods we are still seeing good discounts off new trucks. Here is a new 2021 1500

When I ordered my Wagon, a local dealer got one in that was almost identical. All the same packages, just my second choice in color. I contacted them, saying I was going to commit to an order on Monday however I'd walk in and buy today if they could come close to the pricing I was offered. Even sent them the offer paperwork to show I was serious.
They came back.... 9000 higher than my existing offer.
However, It did sell a week or two later, so I guess it worked out for them.
I ordered my '21 75th PW back in April.
I went to the dealer in early June to finalize paperwork and such so when the truck came in, it would be quick and fairly painless. As I was talking with my sales man and the parts guy, found out they were low on inventory. They usually have 500+ vehicle's in stock, but were down to about 100. Salesman said new trucks were being marked up 10 to 15K OVER MSRP. I asked was my deal still good? $750 over invoice plus incentives. He said yes, I was still good.
Stopped by the dealer the other day and they finally got some PW's in stock.
