Looks like it only got the top half of the page. I can do the lower part if you need it. That is where the offer id and other small print is. When I got this email i went looking for more info and none that I could find.

I wouldn't mind seeing the fine print.
 
Looking at the offers, the 2500 and the 3500 basically get no love compared to the 1500s. The 1500s have 4k cash offers and 0 percent APRs for 72 mos
 
If you look at his offer it states 1500 4x2.....

Aside from a text message from my dealer that everything was all set and the order was being placed, I have had absolutely no updates/emails from Ram. I talked to the Sales Manager at my dealer and the VIN number still isn't available. I'm disappointed in the transparency on our vehicles status compared to the Fords, my brother bought the Ford equivalent of my Ram truck 9 weeks ago (week before I ordered) and he has had constant updates and his truck is nearly ready. It was the interior that pushed me to choose the Ram over the Ford, starting to wonder if I made the right choice lol

I contacted Ram Chat to ask the status of my build. This is the response:
"Your truck has been sequenced for production"
They said that is the only information they have. Does anyone know what it means?

It kinda means they are aware of your order. Not much else
 
I blew it up a little so you could read it. Shows in the fine print that it applies to chassis cabs too.

I'm seeing it's available for 25, 35 and 4500 Ram Promaster vehicles. I hope it works for you but you ordered a Ram 4500 chassis not a 4500 promaster correct?

It looks like they used spaces instead of commas to separate the models. Basically says any Ram except for TRX.

If I'm reading correctly it applies to my chassis cab model too. Is there a 4500 promaster?

They just didn't use commas properly in the ad. 4500 Promaster doesn't exist according to Ram website.

That seems a little odd. I thought the promasters were front wheel drive only with a 3.6 V6.

It's hard to believe that they would have that that kind of payload capacity.

Gotta be a typo.

Your dealer will know.
