Simple in my case. Waited and no truck showed after 16 weeks, found one almost identical to my order, and told my ordering dealer the wait was unacceptable refund my $500.

The Wait it nearly over!!! My truck is at the Dealership. The dealer contacted the Regional Manager who tried to get it here last week but was unable. The "Zone" sales manager was then contacted and was able to get my truck and another transported on a "Hot Shot" to the dealer. It arrived late Saturday night. It now needs to go through Dealer Prep. then the Paint and Body Protection, ie, Undercoating and paint sealer. Hopefully I can get it in two days and then put the Plow on prior to the next snow fall which will come later Thursday. This is Week 20 since I ordered it. If my Dealer and Zone manager wouldn't have done this.... God knows how much longer it would have taken to get the truck. It's been on or at the Rail Car yard for about a Month. I'll posts pics ASAP.

Thanks. But in the example of just finding another truck, I would assume the dealer won’t be happy to hear that. Wondering if there are specific reasons needed to cancel and get refund.

Most dealers will return your deposit. The 2021's are in hot demand and they will be able to sell it as soon as it hits the lot

Ordered a 2021 3500 SRW Limited 6.7L Cummins on 16 Jan. Been following this thread, looks like around 12-16 weeks (avg) for delivery. “Now we play the waiting game”
Originally ordered truck October 15. Got a call November 14 that the order was lost somewhere in the system and had to start over. It was shipped January 14 and picked it up January 30. Patience was worn thin but all I can say is it was worth the wait. These are incredible trucks.

I’ve notified that lo of the guys waiting 19+ weeks have the HEMI (including me). Wonder if that’s a coincidence or not.
6.7 Cummins. I’m at 19 weeks, 16 in D1.

Well...in my neck of the woods nothing really changed for the Presidents day sales event. Too bad really, I was only hoping for like an extra $1000 -$1500 incentive. Oh well, hopefully some of you have better luck!

Yeah. I see 3.33% 60 month financing but I got a better rate from my bank. Disappointing.

Are you sure that is for HD trucks? I see 0 for 72 on light duty trucks.
