Took my 2021 Ram 3500 in for its first oil change and tire rotation and let the dealership know that the truck drifts right so check the front end and align if needed. Got it back and noticed it still drifted right so took it back in and let them know it still drifted. They show the computer printout had everything in the green but the right rear tire is 23 degrees in front of the left rear tire. Now that's interesting since it is a straight axle. So it is currently still at the dealership and I am waiting on an answer.. Truck has never been off road and has only highway miles.

They must have an issue with the machine, if it was out that much you would visibly see it

Or there is a problem with the spring pack and its pulling the wheel forward. You can use a string and measure from front hub to back hub, on both sides. 23 degrees will chop up the rear treads quickly

23 degrees is a huge amount! It's probably 2.3 degrees or something like that. I can't imagine that it'd be driveable if it were that far out. That said you might encourage the dealer to set it to Thuren specs.

How bad does it drift? I have the same truck and wondering what to expect as normal. I know the outside of the front tires wore the molding tits off much faster than the rest of the tire.

They corrected themselves and it is .23 forward thrust on the right rear tire. They have still got the vehicle and a star case has been opened. Since then they have gotten me a rental which is a 2021 2500 and it does the same dang thing and this vehicle has 13700 miles and you can see it starting to cup the outer edge of the front tires. I have a friend who has a 2021 power wagon who is experiencing the same issue. So I am reaching out to 2021 hd owners with the 6.4 to check their truck. Drives great as long as you keep your hand on the steering wheel. Take it off and it will drift right without the steering wheel turning.

I am going to try that on the rental which is doing the identical thing.

My 2021 SRW 3500 6.4 hemi drives great. No wandering or pulling to either side. No abnormal tire wear. Have not had any reason to have the alignment checked.

What’s the PSI? My new 2022 drove squirrelly until I dropped the pressure. Was 80 PSI from the factory.

Road crown and a drift to the right is normal especially on a solid axle truck. Have the dealer set the toe angle to 0 total and be happy.
