2020 ram tradesman manual seat swap to electric seats

Penwald is correct. Easiest way to make it work is to take those connections off your Tradesman seats and put them on new seats. You will have power to them with nothing else needed, but you need to get codes delt with. I have mine all working now and no codes.
wmattert: - How did you deal with the wiring? I have everything hooked up but am struggling to get the airbag light dealt with. There was about 7-10 codes on the scanner to do with the passenger seat position, etc.

Bumping this up I swapped 2020 Laramie seats into my 2021 tradesman and trying to figure out how to get the airbag flight off. Mine has a Passenger side seat track position code, seat belt sensor and occupant sensor code

II installed 2020 Laramie seats in My 2021 tradesman and have airbag light on with 3 codes for passenger side seat. Seat track position, seat belt sensor and occupant sensor. What’s the fix ? The Laramie seat doesn’t look like it has the same track position sensor as my trades man

In my research while adding heated/ventilated seats, I remember reading something about the occupant sensor being specific to the truck/seat. That could be what's causing some of the problems. Do you still have your old seats? Could try connecting to the old occupant sensor and see if that fixes anything?

Edit: I may be mistaken because I can't find that now. Worth trying the old one anyways to see if it fixes anything. I did find that if your new seats came out of a wreck, there may be alot of parts that need to be replaced, even if they look fine on inspection. Even some parts that are separate from the seat, but may be hindering this seat swap.
