2020 Ram 2500 No Audio (any source)/Forgets Presets

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well. So I just bought a new 2020 RAM 2500 Laramie with the 12" uconnect screen. First day, no issues but the following day it started. I'd turn on the truck and XM would show loading but never loaded, switching to AM/FM/Bluetooth did nothing. Initially I can change the volume settings and see the numbers go up and down, but no sound and after a bit its stuck at level 10. First thing I notice is the presets are gone. I've read on a few forums people having similar issues but can't find any recent postings as to the solution. Haven't had the truck a week yet. Salesman said he's seen this before and to come in for a software update. From what I've read so far, that hasn't worked for others. Addiotionally, some have said to use the buttons on the steering wheel to change sources, doesn't work on this truck. Really love the truck, really hate this issue. Hoping FCA has figured it out by now. Thanks in advance. Manny.

I've had the same thing happen twice to me. Both times the issue went away the next time I started the truck, so I just chalked it up to gremlins in the dash.

I've never lost presets, just the sound. My truck is currently at the dealership getting a new amp, they're pointing the finger there for now, I'm hoping they're right.

Just a quick follow-up to my issue -- amp was replaced, and so far, 4 days and all working correctly, I'll report back if it goes bad again.
