Have seen some conversations on the puck system install and I have a question. Our dealership has had our truck for over 2 days now indicating that they had to remove the bed of the truck to install a puck system...in all the research i have done it appears this may only be applicable to a 3500. Am I wrong? Just wondering if the dealership or the certified bodyshop doing the work is dragging their feet. We have a walkthrough and pick up of our new trailer on Friday and they are making us nervous that it will not be done on time. You tube videos and other forums indicate this work should take no more than a few hours?

Its not a hard job and no the bed does not have to be removed only slightly raised up im assuming they are not sure what they are doing thats what is taking them so long
