2020 Ram 2500 Check Engine Light and F0299 code

I have looked around on here and found a few discussions regarding this. I have a 2020 Ram 2500 6.7 that i put a new S and B cold air intake on. After the install the CEL came on and the F0299 code showed up. Cleared the CEL, but after each cooling cycle, the light will reappear. I have heard that it takes a few key cycles to clear, but after three or four now, its still occurring. Finally i put the stock system back on hoping it could fix it all, so i could atleast isolate it to the air box install. After driving the truck around a few times, its still there. Any ideas? Hate to take it to the dealer for such a small issue. Anyone think i should just continue to drive it and see if it fixes itself? I have heard the permanent codes are self healing if the issue is resolved. Hell of a first post! Ha!

F0299 is low boost pressure. Any chance you missed a vacuum hose or put something back loose?
Now that you have the stock intake back on, I would just take it to the dealer. Don’t mention anything about the aftermarket intake. Last thing you want is to find out that it’s something unrelated and serious. Hoping a CEL goes away doesn’t always end well (not proud to say I’m speaking from experience ‍).

Let the dealer fix it and don't put the S&B back on. Snake oil. It won't flow any more than the stock airbox which has an abundance of air for the turbo inlet.

Factory filter is better as well.
