2020 RAM 2500 6.4L - Loud tick even after lifter replacement at 19K miles

The 6.4 HDs use beefier stainless manifold bolts and should not be breaking like the 5.7s.

According to the mechanic on Getty Adventures (youtube) who bought the Powerwagon and reviewed it in comparison to the 5.7 Hemi, he states that the new 6.4s have beefier stainless manifold bolts.
I have also watched teardown of the 6.4s and noticed they don't struggle with corroded, stuck manifold bolts as of late.

Now we just have to pray we are in the lucky group that has no lifter issues!

That attachment does not indicate this is for a 6.4 hemi in the 2500s.

Then which 6.4l "heavy duty" Hemi do you suppose this refers to?

My 2018 6.4 engine is really cooked after 3 bolt replacements. Had to add helical coils and such. My understanding is they beefed up headers in 2019 so that they crack instead of popping off. But I doubt the root cause has been addressed, which is not enough cooling at the back of block. Aftermarket remans seem to address that flaw. Other issues are too small a bolt, and not enough thread depth. Whether any of that was addressed post 2018 I dont know. Sure hope do.
