2020 ordering?

Yup, probably. Well knock on wood. If this is the worst thing any of us has to deal with is wait longer on a truck than we are very Fortunite . But boy this sucks a$$. I just took a big ole swig of shine
 
I just asked my dealer but they haven't gotten back with me yet. Probably avoiding all these calls. Just a matter of time as all out panic is spreading
 
My daughter works there in TN, i guess she an her 6 boys have to hunker down. I like that there going to be paid in full though
 
GM brazil shutting down, only a matter of time.
 
Wow, just the same day as my build sheet appeared online.
Bed step was still listed btw.
 
Yeah, mine was to when I got the build sheet. probably in about 7- 10 days you will be informed about step when it's built an in storage for what seems like forever rrrrrrrrrrrr

Well, given what is going right now, then can take their time. Don't want a half quality truck...
 
To get back on the subject of 2020 Ordering......Recieved a call from Ram cares today truck is in storage awaiting inspection. They will email me a voucher for 15% of the cost of the step only and was told that if I want the dealer to install it I will have to pay the labor.As far as the price of the step it will be taken off the window sticker...
 
Ohhhh by no means do I want it fast tracked if it needs more quality checks then Im all for it, but its being sitting in storage for 2 wks now. Thats what would pi$$$$$$$$$$$$ me off is if its all ready to go but its just sitting there for no reason. They charge us$1600 for destination fees, there just waiting until the have a dozen rail cars to ship all at once probably so they can cut there costs to minimal.
 
thats 100% correct on the step an the price to come off will vary based on your dealership
 
I'm just going to take the 380 off of my final deal, then ill buy a cheaper version later an install it myself, can't be but a couple nuts an bolts.

You might want to compare them. The RAM version seems to have that little kick tab that the AMP version does not.

I snatched an AMP bed step off Amazon for less than the usual price. Gotta love camelcamelcamel.

OTOH, I'm having real bad feelings about my bad timing on all this. Major losses in the market (hopefully temporary), the old truck that might not sell for near what I was hoping for, and some audio gear I was going to sell off to resupply the savings. People will not likely be spending disposable income like they have been until this mess clears.
