Is anyone having problems with motor surging while accelerating and driving a steady speed?

You know someone has to say it. There is no 'g' in Cummins

Thanks...dealer said I needed to wait till the check engine light came on..I had a 2019 HO that had the emissions recall done it never had this problem

B.S. There's a post VB6 TSB that should be flashed. Some are having luck, some not.

My truck only surges due to the lame auto cruise.

I think Autocorrect gets lots of folks so I usually don't say anything anymore unless I see someone using it repeatedly.

That's why I didn't do the VB6 recall and am not going to.

Mine does it, most noticeable when going up hills at a steady speed, I notice the boost gauge fluctuating as well when it happens.

They must have done the recall before I bought it...it has done it since day one...had the recall done on my 2019 HO and it didn’t have this problem

It's strange how differently otherwise identical engines behave. My buddy's 3500 HO will huff and chuff and stall multiple times when cold-started at higher elevation, and low ambient temps. Others, no problem. Same with this surge deal.
