2020 2500 Lemon ??

2020 6.4 Hemi 2500
Told computer glitch,update needed.
Told bad erg valve.
Told bad fuel pump.
Truck has 1600 miles...
Im worried about damage to transmission and fuel system at this point.
Anyone else had said problems.
Truck revs but transmission stalls, stutters and no response. DANGEROUS!!!

Sorry about the troubles you are having. As a data point, I have a 2020 6.4 Hemi W/4.10 gears, purchased end of July and I now have 4,900 trouble free miles.
I hope they get you fixed up and make you whole.

I believe they have to try to fix a problem multiple times before you can fight for a vehicle being a "lemon". You need to check with your state laws on this one.

Appears fuel pump was the problem

There is a list of problems that qualify a vehicle for lemon law. For example if it is one problem and they take more than 30 days to repair that would also qualify you. it isn't black and white and lemon laws vary by state. check your local laws.
