2020 2500 Hemi - Electrical Gremlins

Has anyone experienced electrical gremlins in their 2500, specifically the Hemi?
We have a truck with under 80k miles on it and giving us all kinds of electrical fits:
-Dash will light up, but truck wont start.
-Dash won't light up, but truck starts.
-Windshield wipers acting like they have their own poltergeist.
-AC will shift from cold to hot with no warning.

We've lost the truck to dealer diagnosis for 2 days now. First they said it was the battery, not covered by the bumper-to-bumper, so i spent the $400+ they wanted for their "specific" gel battery. This morning truck wouldn't start and had to be towed. Now they're telling me its the LED bulb in the cargo lamp causing the issue. They've also blamed the 12v splitter we have on the dash to power a dash cam, as it got too hot, even though its not 2" away from the factory 12v outlet on the top of the dash.
Other than LED bulbs, and 12v splitter/dash cam, the truck is bone stock. I run the same LEDs and dash cam in my other truck, the only difference being it has the cummins and 40k more miles.

I’d start by making sure all the fuses and relays in the box are fully seated, followed up by checking all of the ground locations inside the engine compartment and along the frame.

We've checked several times. The only fuse we seem to have issues with, and this on both my cummins and the hemi were having additional problems with, is either #26 or #29 that deals with trailer running lights. For some reason that fuse likes to pop every 4th or 5th time we hook up a trailer.
Friday we had issues with the Hemi again, a week after they gave us the truck back saying it was the LED cargo lights and it was an official notice from RAM. This time thankfully we managed to get it to the service department while the check engine light was on so hopefully they can read a code or something.
This will be the 5th time the truck has been down for the same reason. The truck has less than 80k miles on it, and while it is used as a work truck pulling trailers most days it is not abused and is serviced and maintained regularly. The worst part is we haven't done any modifications to the truck to that they could use to blame the issue on. Its completely unmolested.

Have they checked for a parasitic draw? It almost sounds like something is slowly draining the battery.
