Any update, I have the same issue. They told me it was the tires. I spent 2 Grand on new tires and still there. I knew i wasn't crazy when I told them it can't be the tires.

Pretty much a waste of money on new tires when my old ones still had good thread on them. That lack of thorough investigation made me loose faith with my local dealership.Had my issue resolved today. Initially took it to ram to check out and they just told me it was due to my tires cupping. I bought new tires and issue was still there. So this week i took it to a local repair shop and he agreed with me that it was my front bearing. It sounded like it was on the driver side but ironically it was the passenger side that had to me replaced. After $750 annoying noise is now gone and back to riding smooth in my 2019 2500 longhorn.
