<div class="bbWrapper">If you&#039;re set on a softopper, I think black would be the only option to go with olive green. If you google Green Softopper, there are some Tacos and Gladiators with different color softoppers. Personally I don&#039;t think the tan nor the gray work.</div>

I had about the same pros and cons but will add that mud stains them and running down the road they look like a starving horse that you can see its ribs....I came out of walmart one time to find someone unsnapped the driver&#039;s side snaps (that side was out of view for most of the lot). I never had anything in the bed but everytime I did carry my camping equipment ie ARB fridge etc I worried. One other con is on a hard cap the rear window lifts up and if it is raining or dusty you don&#039;t get covered in rain or dust. On the softopper there is no way to open it without getting covered. oh they should also come with a hmcsl and they don&#039;t.<br /> <a href="https://hdrams.com/forum/attachments/f188dea2-f5c6-46ab-b18a-eb87b7ee79c1_1_201_a-jpeg.24516/" target="_blank"><img src="https://hdrams.com/forum/data/attachments/24/24516-404ffe82605a5104a8d355ce183991ff.jpg?hash=QE_-gmBaUQ" class="bbImage " style="" alt="F188DEA2-F5C6-46AB-B18A-EB87B7EE79C1_1_201_a.jpeg" title="F188DEA2-F5C6-46AB-B18A-EB87B7EE79C1_1_201_a.jpeg" width="307" height="150" loading="lazy" /></a></div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I love my softopper. Have zero complaints that weren&#039;t expected going into the purchase. And I actually like the &quot;rugged&quot; look of it compared to the hardshell, not to mention its unmatched functionality for my needs.<br /> <br /> I went with black on my olive PW. I was torn between black and tan, and the tan does look really good with the green, but went black because it matched the PW accents.<br /> <br /> There is someone either here, or on the big PW group on Facebook, who has OG w/ tan topper. You should definitely be able to come across some pics</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Does anyone have pics of the remote lock on the inside and outside of the window of an ARE Z series cap? Thank you in advance.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Oh by the way, I’m still waiting on my slider front window for my used Leer cap. Ordered the first week of September. I’m so tired of waiting. Originally it was 5 to 8 weeks…… Ughh</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I ordered an ARE truck cap Z-series for a 2021 RAM and it was supposed to come with the trimless edge on the bottom. However, it came with the painted trim edge. ARE is saying that since the body style is still from 2009, they have not updated their mold. I would never have ordered the cap if it had the edge. Their website picture says &quot;exclusions apply&quot; and to contact dealer. I confirmed with dealer during the order process that it had the trimless edge. Basically, the dealer is claiming they did not know and ARE did not tell them. Now the dealer and ARE are refusing a refund. Any suggestions?</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">When I ordered my 2019 ARE Z shell I was disappointed to see it didn&#039;t have the painted trim edge anymore. When it arrived it had the painted trim edge which I was glad to see, I think it looks better...finished look!</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I mean it seems like a stupid thing to get hung up on…. But the dealer claiming they don’t know? The ARE dealer must sell and install multiple toppers on Rams every day, surely they should know the right answer.</div>
