2019+ Frequent Regeneration Issue Tracking Sheet

My 2022 was bone stock. Never modified in any way. I had a Banks iDash monitor in it so I could monitor DPF functions but aside from that it was untouched. Each dealer handles bolt-on stuff differently. There’s no rhym or reason to it. Some will turn a blind eye, some won’t. Corporate however, will very likely deny anything that has modifications, even though the burden of proof lies on their side of aisle.
I overheard my SM 2 years ago tell a guy not to install a Banks pedal monster if he liked his warranty, late last year asked about a CTS monitor, I was told if it only reads via OBD2 port it would be okay to have, he was not sure about the Bank iDash...

iDash is read-only.
No issues with warranty.
Dealership SM’s and SA’s love to flex power whenever they can. Ultimately the warranty decisions are handled by RAM, not the dealership.
Again, the burden of proof lies on the manufacturer’s shoulders.
