I too monitor with a CTS3 and find the same as you. When in passive mode I've seen the %soot level drop

You will not hear from ramcares when it comes to technical issues/questions. It’s not their job, they are basically a social media team helping people schedule and track repairs with a dealership that they would not know how to do so or were reluctant to do so otherwise.

Thanks I though they sometimes had solutions to tech problems.
