2019 2500 6.4L - steering wheel pulsing?

Recently purchased this and have noticed a few times feeling a light ‘pulsing’ through the steering wheel. It seems to happen at highway related speeds, most noticeable on the interstate. When navigating a curve in the road (both right or left) the steering wheel gives me feedback that slightly ‘tugs’ the wheel back to center in small pulsing amounts?

The truck is in beautiful condition with approximately 44k miles. Is this a normal condition for this model design or a signal of a potential mechanical problem?

Thanks for any insights.

Sounds like your truck has lane centering where you get to close to either center or edge line on the road it tugs at you telling you go back to center of the lane, had this on my wife's 21 Highlander and I hated it their was no way to turn if off

Appreciate the response. My wife’s Acura has the feature too, which I also hate. It definitely makes sense. The last time it acted up I made sure to be squared up with the center of the slow lane. To your point because I didn’t see a way to disable I discounted the possibility - and maybe shouldn’t have. If the feature is in their, and it is reading the divider lines out front of the truck that will suck. But at least I’ll know it’s performing normally. Thanks again!

Was lane centering an option on the 2019s?

I was kind of thinking it started in 2020, but not sure.
