Considering buying my dad's 2018 2500 Crew Cab he used for landscaping/Snow Plowing all 108k miles. The interior is completely trashed, however, I wanted to reach out to the forums to see if there's some sort of interior kits or vendors for replacing the Carpet, Seats, possibly convert it to have a center console. Any direction/help would be appreciated thank you in advance.

Depending where you’re at, I’ll have a complete 2017 2500 tradesman interior available shortly-
Seats, dash, headliner, carpet, weather techs, door panels, steering wheel/column, A/B/C pillars, etc. No center console though, but it’s a plug n play swap if you find one. All excellent except the driver seat cloth (decent).

I appreciate it but I was hoping for more of brand new kit and a center console. I just didn’t know if it’s something that’s ordered from Mopar individually, some sort of package that can be bought all at once I’m just very very new

I promise you don't want a new interior from Mopar. A clean used one will do the trick. New (assuming they have all the pieces) will cost around what your 2017 bluebooks for.

Keep what you have and replace it with a Katzkin setup. If the seat foam is good then recover it and run it. You could still seek out a console swap if you really want that.
