I was thinking same thing! The build sheet was close to $400k. Not sure what a few extra thousand would’ve hurt

It said donor truck was a 2006 2500 MegaCab. Did they have the 5.7 in those year models?

And from reading the article, doesent sound like they rebuilt the motor either. But they dont say how many miles were on the motor BEFORE the build.
