I also have a 2020 Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn with tan interior, I brought this to the attention of the dealer where I bought my vehicle, they even took pictures and supposedly sent papers in on two occasions while under warranty. I never heard back from the dealer and my time eventually went about 6 months outside warranty by the time I finally got the dealer to tell me the coverage was denied. They wanted to charge me full price for the repairs. I finally called Ram Cares on the phone and had them to open a claim. A couple of weeks later they called me back and they stated they couldn't find anything in the computer system about my issue as the dealer didn't even turn in the claim. Thank goodness the service writer remembered the situation and informed Ram Care. A few days later Ram Care called me back and stated they would cover the claim 100% and asked me if i would like to use another shop to make repairs. I told them yes and went there for repairs. That dealer did an Excellent job and I have yet to find any rattles or anything wrong with the repair.Same issue with bubbling. I was originally told it was a known factory defect and they would take care of it. But conveniently, one dealership failed to submit my claim twice!! Now at another dealer and they are only covering 55% , so $500+ out of my pocket! Very disappointed in this brand!!!! @RamCares
I hope @RamCares helps everyone to get your repairs fixed. Ramcares really helped me out. Thanks @RamCares for all of your help!
