115v outlets

My truck has the 115v outlets front and rear...anyone use these? What are they rated for, and do they work when the truck is shut down or only running? I’m not home right now to look at mine.

I’m interested in running a small mini fridge and a little keurig coffee pot. Am I going to have to get a converter wired straight to the battery?

The truck has a single 400 watt inverter to supply all of them. About 4 Amps total.
