Is anyone running a Ranch Hand grille guard on a 25+ HD with the radar adaptive cruise? If so, any issues with it working? Parking sensors as well? Thanks.
Based on the forums/facebook groups I've decided that I will be running Archoil 6500 summer/warm, and 6300 in the colder months, with a 6400D every few thousand miles. It's not THAT expensive considering the headaches it might prevent down the road.
Update: I called @RamCares, and started a 'ticket' with them right before Thanksgiving. I rebooted the headunit a few times and the nav/compass started working again (I figured they pushed out an update of some sort, perhaps not). However, it's now back to not working, showing the 2 dashed lines...
Adding more fuel to this fire, has anyone used the CJC ones? Or are they just about the same as the rest?

I, too, would love a schematic. I bought one after the sale, and there are so many clips and tabs, it was impossible for me to figure out the exact routing. I just winged it and found a routing to the passenger side lower bumper opening that worked well enough.
@RamCares I did some digging, and is it correct that if I don't PAY for the navigation that came with my truck, that I can't get that nor the compass to work?
Yep, same symptom here, I display the compass in the cluster, and it's just 2 dashed lines. I guess the truck will need to go into the dealer for this at some point. Luckily, I don't 'need' that to work.
I'm sure this isn't an isolated incident, but is there an easy/reliable fix for the TomTom nav not updating/working? It won't display compass or do nav things. I plan on using android auto for actual navigation, but having the compass is always handy.
Yep, sounds like a Uconnect problem. They'll probably just remove/replace the thing. Related to your initial issue, I had problems with LED running lights the first time I hooked up my trailer, but 'magically' started working fine, and haven't had any issues the last few times with my camper...
Mine seems to be doing the same. The factory NAV will load, but won't display compass or work as, well, navigation. @6100D did you end up getting a replacement unit, and does it work?
