Don't be like me and assume the truck comes with a brake controller and buy the truck without verifying it has it. Luckily my dealer installed it at no charge after I threw a little hissy fit.

My hitch pin for a 2 inch receiver wouldn’t work, so I went shopping for one for a 2.5. Walmart didnt have any. I ended up with a no name 4 dollar 5/8 pin with a grab handle from a hardware store. It fits fine, but the packaging had no specs or weight ratings at all. I’m not sure if I should...

Same thing happened to me. Twisted knob into drive and wouldn’t go. Turned it back to park let my foot off brake and tried again and it got into gear. Not sure what that was about

New 3500 6.4, excited to see how this tows compared to the Nissan it replaced. Hooked it up to see how much squat and I measured 1.25 inch for approx. 7900 gvwr camper.

just an update. Manager at the dealership contacted me back today, said he would make it right and get me a brake controller put in. Set up a date for next week to get it done. Maybe ill have the truck broke in by then and can start towing. Thanks everyone for all the advice
