For the guys that have taken delivery of their 3500’s…..is anybody experiencing issues with the trailering 7 pin connector? My trailer lights and the trailer brakes won’t activate. Trailer is a 2024 Jayco travel trailer

Mine took about 1-2 weeks to go into production….longest part is waiting for shipping. Over a month to catch a train ride!

Anybody know what JSLD status is. Can’t find anything specifically stating what the status code is.

I’ve been in TBD status for 42 days since the truck was built….dealership says the truck is KZLD STATUS….Ram support chat said the truck is KZ status and that the truck shipped….checked with the customer chat again and they have no clue what’s going on.

Does anyone know how to track the shipment of the truck without using the ram vehicle tracker?

My 3500 Laramie has been sitting in Mexico since 2/25. Dealer has no clue why and the stellantis support line is useless.
