Now that it’s above 0º outside, I was able to swap the connectors around. Man those little clips are hard to disengage. This ended up being the issue. Swapped the connectors around and I can connect. Thank you for the help!- Shanghaipaddles

I’ll double check the ports, but I’m pretty sure they’re correct. Black connector into black base, white connector into white base. The OBD port works, I can use my handheld scan tool just fine. Yes, I have selected the EX cable. Thanks for your reply.- Shanghaipaddles

Anyone? I emailed AlfaOBD and all their response was the same as the message I get “check wiring and turn ignition to MAR”. Which I’ve done. I even moved the bypass harness to different ports in case that was the issue.- Shanghaipaddles
