Now that it’s above 0º outside, I was able to swap the connectors around. Man those little clips are hard to disengage. This ended up being the issue. Swapped the connectors around and I can connect. Thank you for the help!
I’ll double check the ports, but I’m pretty sure they’re correct. Black connector into black base, white connector into white base.
The OBD port works, I can use my handheld scan tool just fine.
Yes, I have selected the EX cable.

Anyone? I emailed AlfaOBD and all their response was the same as the message I get “check wiring and turn ignition to MAR”. Which I’ve done. I even moved the bypass harness to different ports in case that was the issue.
Hi, so about a year ago when I got my truck, I bought the AlfaOBD software and an OBDLink EX cable and the KaoTech security bypass harness. I was able to make changes and all was good. Fast forward a handful of months and I accidentally ripped the security bypass harness out of the CAN...
