There doesn’t appear to be one definitive solution yet, unfortunately. A few different things have worked for different folks. -
What did you do TO your RAM today?

The usual wash and dry in the cold but sunny (44*) weather. Gets pretty dirty here in the rainy PNW But gunna have 8-10 dry days in a row now. Woopie!- RAM DRVR

2024 2500 Front License Plate Bracket Holes
Even though the front plate is required here, I’m running sans plate. The plate really detracts from the look of the front. -

Tailgate warning
Just thinking. A magnetic switch, a little wire and an idiot light in the cab would do the trick. I have also seen that a restraining cable on the tailgate could be used to keep it from dropping completely- RAM DRVR
