Hello people, I have a 21 2500 it’s a major upgrade from my 05 Ram. Anyway it has more bells and whistles than I’m used to. So my question is when I use the heated steering wheel sometimes it doesn’t activate. Would that be a software issue? Thanks for the help.

Just picked up a 21 Ram 2500 with the 6.4. It replaced my 2005 Dodge Ram 5.9 with 225,165 miles. The 05 was a great truck just wanted something newer. Great truck just needs a little personalization. Heading out in a few to give it a good interior clean.
