Well Finally got through to Mike and he did indeed get my truck moving within 5 days. Now the dealership has to deal with me and the fact that I did their job, but that is a different story
I finally got an email back. emailed him every other day for three weeks and called his office several times. just have to be persistent. I don't have a ship date yet, but apparently when Mike get's on this things get done.

Unfortunately I am in the same boat. Ordered in March built in June. Then nothing emailed Mike M every other day for a month. I am on the cusp of getting legal representation to get this handled
at this point I'm Looking at changing Truck brands. The new Chevy looks nice and are available...... 20+ year ram owner. Living in the midwest for a year without a truck is becoming more than an inconvenience it is not a possibility.
