I believe the second one you have listed was for the 1500s. I did see that when I searched a few years back. I can definitely say the 68089777AB fit my 2022 3500. It’s still on there today. I cannot confirm, however, that it will work with the 25-26 models as they have a different powertrain...
Temperature makes no difference with mine. I got in the truck this morning, 70° and it was dead. Got in at 1600 hours, it was a blazing 108° outside and it worked. Who knows.
Mine is still working after doing a full reset a week ago. From what others have said, it probably won’t last but I’m remaining hopeful. I’ll let y’all know if/when it nukes again.
Edit: Just got back into the truck and the error is back. Spoke too soon. Ugh!!
Crickets from Ram Cares. I did the factory reset and it’s been working as it should for three days. Had to redo all my settings and favorites when I did though. Crossing my fingers it continues.
Well, did a full factory reset and it may have fixed the problem. Been in and out of the truck several times today and each time Sirius has worked. Pain in the rear having to change all my personalized settings back and add my favorites, but well worth it in the end. Guess we will see if it holds!
I now have that new button at the top of my screen too. If I click on it, it takes me to a menu where I can access games, etc. My software must have updated. I also have a loss in signal on a regular basis.
I got into my truck this morning and my Sirius actually worked without a reset, but...
Well, it’s back! Had the steering wheel replaced under warranty. Over a year and 20k miles later, the wood portion of the Longhorn wheel is cracking again at all of its seams. It’s even worse than before. I use full sun shades from Weather Tech year round so I can’t imagine it’s due to sun...
Just started getting this error on my 2022 Ram 3500. Shuts down the Sirius. I can hold the power button down to do a soft reset and when it comes back up, it brings Sirius back online but defaults the channel to 1. All the channels come back. Never had this issue until about a week ago. Pain in...
Unfortunately, I only know what is indicated on the work order. When I got into the truck after the service, the gauge did not show zero. It was about a quarter inch up from empty. When I hit the highway, the regen noticed appeared and brought the gauge back down to zero, as it was designed to...
Nope. They weren’t able to find a tow company that would take it the distance. We only have 2 companies in our small town. Used my 200 mile AAA tow. Not sure how I can get that back since it was part of my annual plan. At least it resets in June and I’ll be ready for the next failure.
Towed to the dealer on Thursday, dealer completed repairs on Friday. No parts replaced. Dealer updated the PCM and did a forced regen. When I picked it up, it was showing about 10% on the gauge. It did an auto regen, and then the gauge showed 0% during the 200 mile drive home. Seems to have...
